We offer a special short and intensive summer studies program for five weeks.

Normally, when the camp is held on campus, classes are held for 4½ hours a day, four days a week, with an all school educational trip each Friday for our B-2 Visitor Visa and Visa Waiver Students, and for 4½ hours a day, five days a week for students who have been accepted by LFA for the full year academic school year. There is study hall in the evening, and a variety of activities and trips after school and on the weekends.

Students live in air-conditioned dormitories on the LFA campus.

How the Summer Program Works

Each student is given an entry exam at the beginning of the session to determine class placement.

The student is then enrolled in courses in Grammar, Reading & Writing, and Speaking & Listening. There are five levels in the program, from Beginner to Advanced. Classes in Math and Fine Arts are also offered.

Grades, as well as a written progress report, will be provided to the students, parents, and guardians at the end of the session.
