LFA Hockey Camps

Tuition and Terms of Payment

To complete registration you will be required to pay a $100 deposit for each session. Tuition includes your deposit with all balances due May 15, 2024. Registrations May 15^th forward require payment in full.

Payment options include:

• Payment in full.
• $100 deposit, remaining balance paid by one installment due on May 15, 2024.

In completing registration, you acknowledge and give permission to Lake Forest Academy to charge your credit card on file for the remaining balance of your child's hockey camp participation if not paid in full at the time of registration. Payments will be processed beginning on May 15, 2024. All accounts must be paid in full before the first day of camp. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received before June 1, 2024 will receive full refund.
• Cancellations received between June 1, 2024 and the Sunday one week before the registered camp starts will receive a full refund less the $100 deposit.
• Cancellations received within one week before the registered camp starts will not receive a refund.
