Dining at LFA
LFA offers three meals a day for our students and faculty members. The dining hours are below.
Weekdays:
Breakfast - 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. (8:30 a.m. on D days)
Lunch - 10:45 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Dinner - 4:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Weekends:
Brunch - 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Dinner - 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Snack Bar
Weekdays:
9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3:30 p.m.

NOTE: We do not use nuts in any of the recipes at LFA; even if a recipe listed here indicates nuts, please know that we simply omit nuts from any item served.
Sample Menu
Menus rotate on a four week cycle.
Monday
beef & vegetable stir fry, jasmine rice, garden vegetable quiche, carrots,
Grill – cheese quesadillas, cajun fries, carrot & celery sticks, Pizza-cheese or sausage & mushroom.
Dinner – chicken thigh tikka marsala, basmati rice, vegetable egg roll, Indian spiced roasted vegetables, couscous
Grill – egg burger, blueberry muffin, tropical fruit.
Tuesday
Korean fried chicken, cabbage kimchi, basmati rice, snap peas, creamy polenta
Grill – ham & cheese melt, garden burger, chips, carrot & celery sticks
Dinner – Home-style meatloaf, mashed potatoes, demi glaze, corn on the cob, couscous primavera
Grill – all beef hot dogs, pita chips, carrot & celery sticks
Wednesday
chicken nuggets, assorted sauces, cheese tortellini, balsamic roasted vegetables
Grill – sushi, pizza-cheese, red grapes.
Dinner – grilled pork chop with chili lime sauce, stir fry vegetables with tofu, lentil pilaf, broccoli, cheese & rice casserole
Grill – hot Italian meatball sandwich, chex mix, roasted red pepper hummus, carrot & celery sticks
Thursday
pork carnitas, sofrito black beans, cabbage slaw, Spanish rice, salsa, home made guacamole & salsa, zucchini
Grill – cheese quesadillas, black bean & cheese quesadillas, tortilla chips, baby carrots
Dinner – baked bbq chicken, mashed sweet potatoes, braised vegetables & quinoa, green beans with oregano
Grill – all beef hot dogs, rosemary parmesan fries, sliced cucumber, vegetarian sloppy joe sandwich
Friday
Southwestern chicken or tofu Caesar salad, bread sticks, vegetables
Grill – cheese quesadillas, french fries, carrot & celery sticks, Pizza-cheese or pepperoni
Dinner – chicken teriyaki, vegetable fried rice, Asian style vegetables
Grill – pollock po' boy sandwich, corn chips, carrot & celery sticks
*soup and salad bar available daily
