On May 19, 23 seniors were inducted into the Cum Laude Society, the highest academic honor awarded by the Academy. The Cum Laude Society was founded in 1906 by Dr. Abram W. Harris, Director of the Tome School in Maryland, to recognize student scholarship and the pursuit of excellence in the classroom. Students chosen embody the organization's cornerstones of excellence, justice, and honor.
