Schedule
Saturday, October 14
Hosted by the Richards & Tremain Society
Fuel up as you kick off Reunion with breakfast sponsored by the Richards & Tremain Society.
Co-hosted by the Office of Pluralism and Multicultural Affairs and the Office of Alumni Engagement
Join Dean of Equity, Pluralism, Inclusion, and Community Dr. Lusanda Mayikana P'14 and current students for a discussion about LFA today. With students from 40 countries and 15 states, the Academy is a diverse and inclusive community that celebrates differences in cultures, identities, perspectives, background and thought.
Explore the transformed campus on a group tour led by our very own Caxy Keys - student guides who will take you on an exciting journey around LFA. The tour will comprise both indoor and outdoor spaces and will last for approximately 45 minutes. The tour will depart from Registration and Hospitality. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in walking familiar halls again and seeing how LFA has changed.
*This tour will be offered again at 1 p.m.
Swing by the Ferry Hall Dormitory-celebrating its 11th anniversary this year-and join us for an Open House, where you can indulge in coffee and tea with light bites. Socialize with fellow Ferry Hall alumnae, meet the current Ferry Hall Prefect, and take a tour of the building to see how today's Caxy girls live and learn on campus.
Co-hosted by members of the Alumni Advisory Board (AAB) and Black Alumni Advisory Council (BAAC)
Alumni of color and students of color are invited to this special gathering to deepen connections with one another and to discuss issues of intercultural importance in small-group settings. Light refreshments will be served.
We invite you to join us for a picnic and party in the historic and picturesque Formal Gardens behind Reid Hall. Revel in the beautiful autumn colors, share some delicious fall food, cocktails and craft beer, and spend quality time with your classmates amidst a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
*Family-friendly - Activities include a pumpkin carving demonstration, hayrides, and yard games.
