Anna Schilling '20 Elected All-School President for 2019-2020 Year
On April 3, 2019, four juniors gave speeches to the LFA community during an All-School Meeting after nominating themselves for the All-School President position. LFA commends all four candidates for offering their talents and speaking confidently.

After the speeches, the student body submitted anonymous votes, and Anna Schilling '20 was ultimately elected as the All-School President for the 2019-2020 school year.

She shares, "I am very excited for the opportunity to be All School President. Next year, one of my goals is to improve school spirit. To me, school spirit is defined as being there for everyone in the student body, whether that means cheering for my friends at sporting events, or just being there as a friend. I am also very excited to work with the New Head of School. I can't wait for what's in store next year."

In addition to her involvement at LFA, Schilling was recently selected as a member of the Semper Fidelis All-American Program, which is presented by the United States Marine Corps. Members of the program attend a four-day trip to Battles Won Academy in D.C. to participate in various team building activities and network with national speakers.

The All-School President presides over the Student Council, which provides a forum for students to present ideas to improve the school community, to plan social events, and to organize fundraising activities.
