New Family Information
Congratulations and welcome to our Lake Forest Academy community and family! We are so glad that you have made the decision to become a Caxy, and we know that your LFA experience will be a fantastic one. This page will provide you with as much information as possible about the upcoming school year, but if you still have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

A note about Summer Registration:
Lake Forest Academy implements online registration each school year with medical and permission forms accessed through Magnus Health. These forms will be available to new families in May through your Veracross New Parent Portal account. We require that all information be completed and returned by July 25, 2024.
Students may not attend classes or participate in activities, including athletic practices, until completed forms are submitted to the Dean of Students Office. We are also aware that the date of the physical depends on when students had their last examination. If they are not getting a new physical before the start of the school year, please submit a copy of the latest examination and immunizations from your doctor’s office. Please be advised that all new students to LFA are required to have a TB test.
