Meet the New Faculty and Staff | Mr. Eric Frempong

Eric Frempong joined the Lake Forest Academy community this summer as a mathematics faculty member and he will be assisting with precalculus and geometry. Eric will also be assisting in coaching in the boys and girls soccer programs. Originally from Ghana (known as the gateway to Africa), Eric earned his bachelor's degree in Kumasi, and lived most of his life and completed most of his formal education there. Eric then moved from Fort Wayne, Indiana where he completed his master’s degree in Mathematics from Purdue University Fort Wayne. 

Where did you go to college and or grad school?
I had my first degree in mathematics at KNUST, Ghana and my second degree at Purdue University Fort Wayne, Ind.

Do you live on campus or nearby?
I am a resident on campus in Warner House.

What attracted you to LFA?
The diverse community it provides as well as providing mentorship and helping the growth of careers. Also, the love, diligence and commitment of the staff towards the students.

What are you most looking forward to this year?
I am looking forward to learning a lot and improving on my career as a teacher.
