The Midwest Prep Hockey League (MPHL) recently announced league all-stars, coach of the year and honorable mentions from the 2022-23 season. Lake Forest Academy had a total of six players honored as an All-Star or on the honorable mention list.
LFA was represented on the All-Star team by Tommy Enrietto ’23 (forward), Cole Mathews ’23 (defenseman), and Ian Vandenberg ’23 (goaltender) while Noah Houle ’24 (forward), Luke Hampel ’23 (defenseman), and Charlie Campbell ’23 (goaltender) picked up honorable mention awards.
The Caxys won the Malloy Division with 27 points off a 13-5-1 record in MPHL action. Overall, LFA finished the 2022-23 campaign with a 31-9-7 record.
