Optional Supplements

Character Skills Snapshot

Character and personal growth are an integral part of a Lake Forest Academy education. Grades and test scores just don't tell the whole story of an applicant. The Character Skills Snapshot gives the Admission committee richer, holistic information and illuminates areas where Lake Forest Academy can help students grow and thrive. It is strongly recommended for applicants to take this assessment in order for the Admission committee to get a clearer picture of the applicant as a whole. The assessment is free of charge after registering for the SSAT and can be accessed through the SSAT portal. Please contact the Admission Office with any questions. Access the SSAT portal here.

Athletics and Arts Supplement

Please complete the optional  Athletic Supplement and/or Arts Supplement if the applicant has a specific interest or talent that they would like to highlight.
